We are looking for 2 x Customer Service Apprentices for an opportunity in Sunderland.

We are a fairly new and growing company within the Medico Legal sector.

Must be aged 16-18

You must be highly efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, have a good standard of English, be computer literate (particularly MS Excel), and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You will have a hands on approach. The ideal candidate will offer flexibility, have a positive outlook and be a driven individual.

Duties will be as follows:

  • Making large amounts of outbound telephone calls to clients to obtain their completed consent form
  • Processing client consent forms via the company website
  • Liaising via email and telephone with clients, agencies and solicitors
  • Handling inbound queries

Candidates must be competent in using Microsoft packages, be fast learners and not afraid of making many telephone calls on a daily basis.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch.

Training and salary will be discussed at interview.
